FDK Discontinues OEM/ Private Label Operations

Ansmann Max E Pro was a private label of the low self-discharge AA battery that is only offered by the Japanese company FDK.  In 2019, FDK made the decision to cease all private labels of their high-end proprietary low self discharge batteries.

Therefore, we can no longer provide this amazing cell under the Ansmann branding.  We are aware that many of our customer have come to rely on the outstanding features of this cell - very low self discharge (only 1% per month!) high recycles - up to 2100 recharges, and a slimline design  that fits all wireless mics and in-ear monitor packs.

The good news is that by special arrangement with FDK, we are now able to offer this cell via the Fujitsu brand (FDK's in-house brand) and bring it to you at a lower price point than the original Ansmann Max E Pro.

The Fujitsu cell is a direct replacement for the Ansmann Max E Pro and has the identical specifications as the Max E Pro.  Still made in Japan at the original factory and the original process that brought you the superior performance you've come to enjoy with the Ansmann Max E Pro.

New name, same battery.
